In this three-day workshop, we will focus entirely on throwing series, which is SOGO keramiek's specialty. We will each work at our own pace and skill level to create nearly identical pieces. These can be bowls or mugs, but also vases or lidded jars. Anything is possible except for standard plates, for which I offer a separate workshop. Plates won’t dry out properly in a three-day session.

I will provide everyone with the best tools, such as high-quality bats and professional measuring tools from Julius Handmade, so you have everything you need to create perfect series. A maximum of 10 participants will be admitted, ensuring very personalized guidance and allowing everyone to learn at their own pace.

All pieces will be bisque-fired (included in the price). They can be picked up afterward. Glazing is optional but available with a choice of 11 SOGO glazes provided at the Kom Moi studio. Please book a separate glazing session on the webshop!

White stoneware clay and bisque firing are included in the course fee. Fired pieces can be picked up afterward. High-quality throwing and trimming tools, as well as bats and measuring tools, will be provided for the participants, but you are welcome to bring your own tools if you prefer. Professional measuring tools from Julius Handmade are also available at a special exclusive discount!
Glazing lessons are optional and can be booked separately through the webshop. The cost of glazing the finished pieces will be calculated separately with Kom Moi based on weight. The glazes at Kom Moi are fully made and maintained by SOGO keramiek, with a selection of 11 beautiful colors available. Payment can be made in cash or via Payconiq.

Cookies, water, coffee, and tea will be provided.
If you need to cancel, you can do so up to one month before the course starts. In this case, I will refund the course fee minus a €20 administrative fee.
If you cancel less than a month before the course, the course fee will not be refunded unless you can find a replacement or there are people on the waiting list who can take your spot. In either of these conditions, I will refund the course fee minus a €20 administrative fee.
